I had an appointment with Dr Khawaja In the Hoboken office Dr Khawaja Is a rheumatologist She was very thorough asked me a lot of questions & explained to me my diagnosis she prescribed medication for me and had me schedule a follow up appointment for six weeks. The doctor gave me a prescription for Bloodwork and it was very convenient that LabCorp was In the same building right across the hall, so I went and had my blood work done as soon as I left the doctors office Receptionist at the front desk is very friendly and very helpful The office is very clean

Warning: They will rip you off / charge you extra at your annual. I had calls back and forth with my insurance and the office to understand what was going on. I went in for my annual physical and at one point when asked how I was doing, mentioned a pain in my knee. Was a very quick convo, yet was charged as if it was a separate visit… Apparently, you’re supposed to pretend everything is fine when the doctor asks you how you’re doing. Due to this, I would NOT recommend going here. While for the most part the people are nice, RWJB is going to rip you off. They will also acknowledge that patients often aren’t aware of this and get confused…

had a very disappointing experience at Two Bernard's Health. My daughter waited in for an hour and a half without being seen. After waiting so long, she went to the front desk to let them know she was still there. Only then was she called in to be seen. Once she got inside, the front desk staff questioned why she had not checked in earlier and why she had been waiting so long. It was then discovered that one of the front desk employees had forgotten to check her in when she arrived. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I noticed a pattern of similar complaints involving the front desk staff. Based on this experience, I will be advising my daughter to transfer her care to a different facility. I hope management addresses these ongoing issues to prevent other patients from experiencing the same frustration.

The rating is for the scheduling system and not the providers. The providers are great and I've received good care thus far. I'm in my third trimester at time of service and live in Jersey City. I prefer the Grove Street location since it's close to me but when I have no choice due to my schedule I go to this location. However, it's not convenient for me and I prefer to be seen at the Grove Street location when possible. I've been to this location 4 times now and every single time they have issues scheduling me for a follow-up appointment at their Grove Street location. Since they are both under RWJ Barnabas one would think that they'll have no issues scheduling patients at their other locations. I don't know why this is the case because when I go to the Grove Street location they have had no issues with scheduling an appointment for me at Hoboken. I don't know whether this is an issue related to their EHR, scheduling system or staff training. Please fix this is issue and create a more positive experience for your patients.

I had an excellent experience at Primary and Specialty Care of Hoboken. From the moment I arrived, the environment was professional, well-organized, and very welcoming. The staff provides genuine, compassionate care that immediately makes you feel comfortable and heard. I would especially like to highlight Alyssa Dombrosky, NP, for her outstanding care. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly empathetic, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly and patiently. Her approach reflects a true commitment to patient well-being and builds a strong sense of trust. I am truly grateful for the level of care I received. This practice exemplifies medical excellence, professionalism, and genuine human compassion. I highly recommend it with complete confidence. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
